No matter what you are looking for we have the right support package for you, from simple & helpful advice to emergency on-site support feel confident your computer services are in capable hands.

We provide On-Site Casual Support, Remote Support or full IT Support contracts that can be purchased in three ways.

1: Byte size chunks:
Purchase you support in the quantities that best reflex your ongoing support needs. Purchasing support in this manor will allow you to make substantial savings. These hours can be used as and when you desire, and cover you against telephone support, email support, upgrade support and on-site support. Once they have been used simple purchased more.

5 hours of byte size support :
10 hours of byte size support:

2: Ad-hoc support

Looking for advice or support for those less critical systems when formal cover may not be required then the ad-hoc support is for you

Our standard call out charge is £40 for the first hour, however give us a call, as we are happy to discuss your computer needs. If we are unable to help we will not charge.

3: Formal contract support

This solution is 100 % flexible to your requirements, we can offer support at a fixed annual cost. or large discounts on blocks of flexible hours. whatever you requirements
