When my laptop decided to die and I needed help to recover data and set up my new laptop I realised that I had neither the skills, energy, or patience to keep solving each new IT roblem.
I gave you a call and you said just to drop off the laptop. So I dropped off both my laptop and my problem. This allowed me to get on with what I am supposed to be doing and delegate my IT problems to someone else.
The data was recovered and my new laptop was set up. All very painless.

I would just like to thank you for saving me in my time of need. As I use my laptop for almost everything I do for my work I would say it’s probably the most important item I need and when the hard drive had given up on me then it stops everything I can do.

“We had a problem last week that Kayleigh resolved for us.
We have a Records Management programme that we run in Edinburgh. The programme itself is great but the only problem we have is when anything goes wrong with it. We have to contact the States, this is fine but we can’t call them until 3pm. The issue I had last week was it was the end of the month and the end of the Financial year, without Total Recall I couldn’t do any of our figures so this was a huge problem for us.
This happened with our previous It company and they refused to help based on the fact it wasn’t them that installed it so I was a bit hesitant to call you guys. I shouldn’t have been as Kayleigh was really helpful and got on to the problem straight away, even though she had never seen the system before, she got the info I required so I could send it away to be analysed. Once this was done the Total Recall people sent me back a list of instructions that was in another language as far as we were concerned but Kayleigh got straight on it and resolved the situation for us. If it wasn’t for Kayleigh I can’t tell you the hassle it would have caused us, it really was that critical.
You guys were already doing a great job (everyone that has dealt with you from Flexistore has positive things to say) but last week took you to a new level.
I must admit the Directors were a little hesitant at the start as they didn’t want to leave our previous company but to say they are delighted with you guys is an understatement.
